Received voicemail with my correct first name but incorrect (prior marriage) last name. Returned the call and reached the same rep. I explained to the rep that this umber is NOT in any way associated to Comedity Bank and informed her that her calling me is a scam. She became very flustered and tried to transfer me to "a a manager". Perhaps the employees making these calls aren't even aware it's a scam. Side note: When I called back the automated system sounds legit, but we all know it is not. This scam could easily make people belive them. So sad.
